The K2 COOMBAck ski is super versatile, balancing the lightweight attributes of a backside model with the confidence and performance characterized by many side models. This is the ski you'll see a myriad of bindings mounted on: alpine, tele, and touring thanks to a design that works in many terrain and conditions. A tribute to Doug Coombs, a skier who did it all, this is the perfect ski for Heli's, cats, skinning or lifts. The addition of a Carbon Web creates an added level of responsiveness without increasing weight. K2 will donate a percentage of all COOMBAck ski sales to Doug's family, and another portion of the proceeds will fund the American Mountain Guide Association's Chad Vanderham Endowment, which is focused on improving guide education and safety.

  • Snophobic topsheet repels snow from sticking to the topsheet, reducing weight when climbing.
